Few smudges to gray cloth boards, pushing at spine ends, owner's inscription front pastedown. Jacket spine toned and with a couple small edge tears along upper edge and shallow chipping at spine ends. Very good.

First printing with First Edition statement above BCDE as per HBJ's practice.  Nice copy of this fantasy classic from Goldman which was adapted into a hit film by Rob Reiner in 1987. Item #9163
